Mr. Steckerl is co-founder, co-owner, and President of The Sourcing Institute, a company dedicated to training individuals to become highly skilled sourcing professionals. He has eighteen years of sourcing and recruiting experience, holds dual degrees from Rochester Institute of Technology, and is an Associate Adjunct Faculty at Temple University Fox School of Business. Mr. Steckerl is regularly contracted by several Fortune 500 companies to provide training to their sourcing staffs in the latest internet-based search techniques. Mr. Steckerl intends to commit approximately ten hours per week to The Sourcing Institute Foundation activities. His areas of responsibility will include curriculum development, delivering training modules to the individual beneficiaries of the Foundation, and fundraising as required to support the mission of the organization.
NASREEN BHUTTA, Board member
Nasreen Bhutta is the Diversity and Inclusion Consultant for The Sourcing Institute Foundation and the CEO of Project Starfish America. She has over 12 years of business leadership experience across several functions, including Assistive Technology, Operations, Business Development, Training, Project Management and HR. She also holds a Degree in Information Technology from Sheridan College. She participated in and oversaw the first group of 6 visually impaired individuals to complete the Diploma in Sourcing & Recruiting through the Foundation in 2015.
Carl Vickers, Board Member
Carl Vickers served in the US Air Force during OEF/OIF as an Aerospace Ground Equipment technician. Carl has been with PeopleScout for almost seven years and serves as Global Veteran Strategy Lead for PeopleScout. He has been focused on veteran recruitment for over eight years including a prior role. He also serves as a Military Liaison with the ESGR (Employer Support of Guard and Reserve) for the State of Indiana. Carl has been featured in several publications and was a contributing author of a veteran focused book on employment called “An American Crisis- Veterans Unemployment” which received numerous awards including Top 10 Business Books for 2014 and Top 100 for Amazon. He is also the Editor of PeopleScout’s Military Transition blog- Veteran’s Corner that provides insight from the professionals on resume development, interviewing skills, as well as networking and many other employment and career focused articles written entirely by former military and military spouses.
Robert Delp, Director
Mr. Delp is co-founder, co-owner, and Vice-President of The Sourcing Institute, a company dedicated to training individuals to become highly skilled sourcing professionals. He has fifteen years of business leadership experience across several functions, including five years of experience specific to sourcing and recruiting, and holds a degree from the University of Southern California. His areas of responsibility will include administrative management of the Foundation and fundraising as required to support the mission of the organization.
Robert N. Richardson, Director
Bob is a senior executive with TeamITAR and Orion Global Talent, firms specializing in search and talent services for the Life Sciences, Global Trade and Specialty Tax areas. He recently founded The Platelets for Life Foundation with the assistance of Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center to promote platelet education and donorship. He received a BBA in Marketing and Financial Management from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, an MBA from the University of Missouri in Personnel Management and an MS in Industrial Safety Engineering from Central Missouri State University.
Bob has also had an active Air Force and civilian career and is active in promoting veteran programs. He is an active Rotarian and formerly served as a regional fund-raising manager for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Courtney Stover, Board Member
Courtney Stover is a project manager with TSI. She has a background in learning and development and has experience as a field trainer, training manager and director of learning and development. She studied religion at the University of Georgia and holds a degree in Psychology from the University of North Georgia. She supports day to day functions in the Foundation working with participants, donors and fundraising projects.
