What Do Sourcers and Recruiters Do?

Recruiters find, attract, engage, assess, and onboard talent for available work within an organization. Far from mundane, it is one of the most critical, exciting and central roles in business today. Recruitment, the ability to attract the skill set that will help companies achieve their objectives, has now evolved into the most critical function at the core of employment concerns for most companies. This new emphasis on recruitment, continued business viability and endurance require organizations to rethink their human talent development. Companies using the same approach to recruiting they used a mere 5-10 years ago will lose the fight for talent.
