The Sourcing Institute Foundation provides grants to individuals that will cover some or all of the costs of completing The Sourcing Institute’s coursework required to achieve TSI Member-level skills and knowledge. The training does not lead to a degree at an eligible educational institution. Grants will be offered on a non-discriminatory basis without regard to race.
Grants made using discretionary funds will be need-based and merit-based. Grants made using directed or nondiscretionary funds will benefit charitable classes as specified in the terms of the contribution, and will not benefit pre-selected individuals.
The Sourcing Institute Foundation will provide grants to individuals in amounts ranging from $400 to $799 to be used by the recipient to complete coursework leading to credential by The Sourcing Institute. Achieving this level of education is considered the minimum required to be proficient as a sourcer or recruiter and provides an individual with the credentials necessary to seek entry-level employment in the recruiting industry.
Member level training consists of Thirty-one self-directed online courses designed to prepare individuals working in a recruitment or sourcing function where their role includes being responsible for the identification, attraction and engagement of talent for open employment opportunities. Individuals who successfully complete the required courses will be able to tackle the most difficult recruitment and sourcing challenges, think critically and continuously innovate recruitment practices. This Certification Level covers essential courses considered necessary for anyone to be successful as a professional recruiter.
