Where The Money Goes
It is The Sourcing Institute Foundation’s intention to use all funds available after expenses for grant-making. No part of the Foundation's net earnings directly benefits or is distributable to our members, trustees, officers, or other private persons. Most of the funding received from other foundations and government grants include directives on how the funds are to be used. Funding received that does not include specific directives, and funds raised through personal solicitations or website donations, are used by the recipient to complete coursework leading to credentialing as a professional Sourcer or Recruiter and so they may seek entry-level employment in the recruiting industry.
A small portion (typically less than 20%) of our funds are directed towards operating expenses in furtherance of our purposes. These may include:
The Sourcing Institute Foundation neither solicits nor accepts donor-advised funds that do not satisfy the conditions stated above.
